Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Dubai seeks a Gulf Supply Chain Process Automation Intern to support in-market planners and drive end-to-end supply chain execution. The role focuses on reducing manual work, improving data visibility, and enabling faster, more reliable decision-making using automation and AI tools.

You will help standardize processes, maintain analytics dashboards, and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to improve planning accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; recent graduates 2025/2026.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills required; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, reporting tools, workflow automation, and confident use of AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix, international organization.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration with in-market planners.
• Prepare analytics, maintain action trackers, and enable effective decision-making through clear insights and scenario planning.
• Monitor and support delivery of key supply chain KPIs: stock-outs, service levels, OTIF, inventory health, SLOB reduction, forecast quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proactive communication and timely problem-solving with internal and external partners to support customer service.
• Find opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve planning and execution processes, reducing manual activities and improving data quality.
• Define business requirements, test solutions, and promote adoption of digital tools with cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working.
• Maintain and improve master data and planning parameters; ensure accurate customer, product, and shipping information.
