  • Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, dependencies, and risks.
  • Work directly with engineering teams to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • Translate supply chain problems into functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate AWS technologies and determine appropriate services for individual automation use cases.
  • Use AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, and related cloud technologies where appropriate.

  • Build scalable solutions that can be reused across markets, functions, and supply chain processes.
  • Maintain program dashboards covering delivery status, savings, risks, milestones, and critical priorities.
  • Track P0 issues and ensure high-priority program risks receive timely attention.
  • Produce structured monthly program updates for senior leadership.
  • Define KPIs and SLAs that measure performance across automation programs and large-scale business processes.
  • Use performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement after implementation.
  • Coordinate release schedules across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Manage programs across multiple cross-functional organizations and maintain alignment between stakeholders.
  • Build sustainable processes that support repeated automation delivery rather than one-off solutions.
  • Mentor senior supply chain leaders and specialists in automation, AI, AWS, and SCOT capabilities.
  • Expand internal knowledge so the program can scale beyond the central automation team.
  • Partner with external vendors and automation suppliers where specialist products or services are required.
  • Manage vendor relationships, delivery expectations, technical quality, and contractual commitments.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers providing automation technology or AWS-related integrations.
  • Apply Lean principles and structured improvement methodologies to automation opportunities.
  • Use data analytics and visualization tools to evaluate operational performance and program results.
  • Leverage Amazon QuickSight or similar tools to create transparent reporting for stakeholders.
