Job summary

The role requires strong program management, cloud expertise, and hands-on experience with automation in complex supply chains. A master’s preferred, and Lean/SCOT knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in supply chain operations with automation exposure.
• Proven track record leading complex automation projects with AI/cloud elements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and AI strategy aligned with AMET supply chain priorities.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives through structured sprint mechanisms.
• Define measurable targets for time savings, cost reductions, and operational improvements.
• Manage full lifecycle of technical programs from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.
• Build scalable automation solutions reusable across markets and processes.
