Job summary

Falcon Shield Security Services LLC in Dubai seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site operations, lead the guards on shift, ensure full coverage, and uphold client requirements and SIRA standards.

You will conduct roll calls, briefings, post assignments, monitor performance, handle incidents and reporting, and assist with onboarding of new guards while maintaining professional, client-facing conduct.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security supervision and leadership.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• SIRA Supervisor License preferred or required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise guards during the assigned shift and ensure full site coverage and readiness.
• Conduct roll calls, shift briefings, and task allocation (posts, patrols, access control).
• Monitor performance and appearance standards; enforce discipline and SOP compliance.
• Respond to incidents, handle de-escalation, and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Maintain site records (attendance, patrol logs, occurrence book, daily reports).
• Coordinate with the client/site management and elevate issues as required.
• Support onboarding/training of new guards and ensure site-specific instructions are followed.
