Security Officer

Role Overview

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting people and property at assigned client sites by managing access control, conducting patrols, monitoring security risks, and responding to incidents professionally while following site SOPs and SIRA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access and verify IDs of visitors at entry and exit points.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the site for safety and security risks.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow escalation procedures, and report accurately.
• Support crowd control and assist visitors and customers when needed.
• Maintain site records, including occurrence book, patrol logs, visitor entries.
• Follow post orders, site rules, and supervisor instructions at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, discipline, and respectful communication.

Requirements

• Previous security experience preferred.
• UAE experience is a plus.
• Valid SIRA Security Guard License required (preferred depending on assignment).
• Basic English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work day/night shift patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and professional conduct.
