Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise plant/clusters, RDS RMS and gas compression stations. You will oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, ensure safe operations, and coordinate with drilling for well handovers and rig routing.

Strong leadership in oil and gas field facilities is essential. Eight years of experience, including at least four in oil and gas, plus a Diploma or Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, are required to

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of field facilities activities related to oil/gas production and associated equipment.
• Coordinate with drilling department for handover/takeover of wells and provide rig route planning.
• Supervise and control assigned personnel to ensure a safe working environment and efficient operations.
• Ensure adequate material stock and timely inspection of inventory for ongoing operations.
• Check and monitor the quality of maintenance activities on wellheads and other asset equipment.
• Ensure compliance with asset Injection and operations requirements while achieving optimum production and planned shutdowns.

About the Job:

Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant / clusters, RDS's (Remote Degassing Station) RMS's (Remote Manifold Stations), Gas CSs (Compression Stations. Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance modification and major shutdown maintenance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil / gas production and injection, water / c02 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.
• Coordinate with drilling department for handover / takeover of wells location and provide rig route
• Supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure safe working environment and exercises in an efficient and optimum operational manner.
• Ensure and monitor material & stock item for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.
• Checks and monitors the quality of maintenance activities carried out in well head and other equipment in the Asset.
• Ensure compliance to the operations & injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels in additions to the planned shutdown activities.

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

• 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil and gas industry.
