Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a seasoned maintenance supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective field activities across oil and gas facilities. You will coordinate with the drilling department for well handovers and provide rig route planning, while leading assigned personnel to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and at least 8 years of experience, including 4+ years in oil and gas.

• 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil/gas production and injection, water/CO2 injection process facilities equipment.
• Coordinate with drilling department for handover/takeover of wells location and provide rig route.
• Supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel to ensure safe working environment and efficient operations.
• Ensure and monitor material & stock item for timely inspection and delivery of operations inventory material.
• Check and monitor the quality of maintenance activities on well head and other equipment in the asset.
• Ensure compliance to operations and injection requirements of the asset while achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels and planned shutdowns.

About the Job:

Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant / clusters, RDS's (Remote Degassing Station) RMS's (Remote Manifold Stations), Gas CSs (Compression Stations. Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance modification and major shutdown maintenance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil / gas production and injection, water / c02 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.
• Coordinate with drilling department for handover / takeover of wells location and provide rig route
• Supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure safe working environment and exercises in an efficient and optimum operational manner.
• Ensure and monitor material & stock item for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.
• Checks and monitors the quality of maintenance activities carried out in well head and other equipment in the Asset.
• Ensure compliance to the operations & injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels in additions to the planned shutdown activities.

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

• 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil and gas industry.
