Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a senior supervisor to coordinate and supervise activities related to plant clusters, remote degassing and manifold stations, and associated maintenance for oil and gas production facilities.

Minimum qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with at least 8 years of experience, including 4 years in oil and gas. The role focuses on safety, asset integrity, and efficient operation of production systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil/gas production and injection, water/CO2 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.
• Coordinate with drilling department for handover / takeover of wells location and provide rig route.
• Supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure safe working environment and exercises in an efficient and optimum operational manner.
• Ensure and monitor material & stock item for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.
• Checks and monitors the quality of maintenance activities carried out in well head and other equipment in the Asset.
• Ensure compliance to the operations & injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels in additions to the planned shutdown activities.

About the Job:

Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant / clusters, RDS's (Remote Degassing Station) RMS's (Remote Manifold Stations), Gas CSs (Compression Stations. Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance modification and major shutdown maintenance.
