Job summary

Metabase is seeking a customer-focused technical advisor to help users understand goals and challenges, and to guide them through designing and optimizing their Metabase deployment.

You will address data ingestion, transformation, and query execution, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product/engineering to voice customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing production code, administering systems, or managing databases.
• Strong database and SQL skills.
• Expertise in at least two of the following: web application troubleshooting, infrastructure management (Docker, AWS, GCP), or database optimization.
• Strong ability to investigate and diagnose complex technical issues.
