Job summary

Metabase is seeking a customer-focused contributor to help and build relationships with users across public spaces like LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and data Slack communities. You will provide help to users of open source and paid products, answer questions on the discourse forum, and collaborate with the writing team to improve documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience writing production code or administering systems.
• Experience with data visualization or data analytics tools.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Expertise in at least one of: running Metabase on various OS, networking/web applications, server management (Docker, AWS, GCP), or database management with strong SQL skills.
