Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee subcontractor accounts, ensure accurate pricing, and assist in project evaluation. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in civil and building construction, with expertise in the contractor side of projects. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position is based in Abu Dhabi with a rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off, offering a competitive salary and benefits including accommodation and transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the specific discipline.
• Proven past experience on Civil and Building construction activities.
• Experience working on Contractor side.

Responsibilities

• Input and account for works performed by Subcontractors.
• Check accounting submitted by Subcontractors.
• Ensure correct application of unit prices.
• Assist with evaluation and verification of extra works.
• Maintain proper filing of all Subcontracts and documents.
