Pentagon is expanding its Dubai office and seeks a hands-on Operations Lead who can run day-to-day facilities, vendors and people operations to keep the team focused. You will be the linchpin for smooth office running and UAE-specific logistics.

You will support onboarding, visas, housing and coordinate local events while keeping budgets neat and records up to date, partnering with our AI agents to streamline admin work.

Formación

• Experience leading office ops in the UAE.
• Proven vendor management and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of visas and relocation processes.
• Ability to use AI tools to streamline admin tasks.
