Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience as Operations Manager or similar in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

As an Operations Manager for our company in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business, working closely with different departments and teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes and increase profitability
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and teams
• Manage budgets, expenses, and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for their development
• Create and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards for the company
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
