• 5+ years’ experience in a related field preferably within an academic institution.
• Wide knowledge of student management Systems.

Responsibilities

• The Registrar manages the whole student experience from registration (after admission) until graduation.
• Maintains student registration, class scheduling, and records of grades for all programs.
• Builds secure student data files and governs policy for their use.
• Maintains up-to-date course schedules and final examination schedules.
• Supervises and maintains the student management package system.
• Ensures compliance with academic regulations and supports quality improvements.
