Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in structural drafting or civil engineering.
• Experience preparing structural drawings for building or construction projects; GCC/ UAE experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit Structure or BIM tools is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and revise structural drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules in line with engineering designs and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain drawings using CAD and BIM software.
• Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, MEP, and other discipline drawings to identify and resolve clashes or inconsistencies.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
• Incorporate engineer, client, and site feedback into drawing revisions and maintain clear revision records.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and the preparation of drawing registers and other project documentation, as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, contractors, and consultants to clarify technical details and support timely project delivery.
• Follow company quality procedures, document-control requirements, and project deadlines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Draughtsman to support construction projects in Dubai by preparing clear, accurate structural drawings and models. Working closely with structural engineers and other project teams, you will help translate design concepts into coordinated construction documentation and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise structural drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules in line with engineering designs and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain drawings using CAD and, where applicable, BIM software.
• Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, MEP, and other discipline drawings to identify and resolve clashes or inconsistencies.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
• Incorporate engineer, client, and site feedback into drawing revisions and maintain clear revision records.
