RAQ Contracting Company LLC is seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman to prepare accurate structural shop drawings, detailing, and as-built drawings in line with approved designs and project requirements. The ideal candidate will develop reinforcement detailing for concrete works and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams on site.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree (Diploma or Bachelor's) and at least 5 years' UAE construction experience, with preference for high-rise

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman in building construction.
• High-rise building project experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare structural shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop reinforcement detailing, concrete layout, foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and structural sections.
• Review structural drawings and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and applicable standards.
• Incorporate consultant comments and revise drawings as required.
• Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and drawing-related issues.
• Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.
