Job summary

Dubai Future Foundation seeks an Associate Strategy Manager to identify high value opportunities, size their potential impact, and translate them into strategic direction, transformative roadmaps, and executive-ready cases for leadership and the board.

This role blends the toolkit of a top-tier strategy consultant with the rigour of an economist: structured problem-solving, quantitative impact assessment, and investment thinking across long-term vision and near-term execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline; MBA/MSc is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in a top-tier multinational consulting firm or equivalent.
• Ability to identify high value opportunities and assess impact qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Strong financial and economic modelling and investment thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify high value opportunities and size potential impact.
• Develop structured business cases, DCF/payback analyses, and scenarios.
• Translate opportunities into strategic roadmaps and executive-ready recommendations.
• Create compelling strategy decks for leadership and the board.
• Embed with project teams to guide strategic initiatives and governance.
