Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation to work from the corporate office in Dubai. The role involves leading enterprise-wide transformation, designing new business blueprints, and coordinating governance for strategy execution and monitoring.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives, reporting progress and risks to leadership, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced quantitative analysis and modelling skills.
• Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes including operating model redesign and AI-enabled transformation.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses including market assessment and business plan validation.
• Define readiness and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic transformative initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Prepare management updates and reports on progress, risks, and actions.
