Job summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a senior-level consultant to drive transformational initiatives for clients across industries. You will lead client delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, design strategic solutions and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required or equivalent.
- Proven experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry role.
- Knowledge of global markets and commodity/ capital markets deemed beneficial.
- Experience with project/engagement leadership and client-facing roles.
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Client delivery and development across multiple client engagements.
- Manage projects and teams to deliver actionable recommendations and insights.
- Lead client interviews, workshops, and presentations to communicate strategy.
- Support GTM, growth strategy, and operating model design initiatives.
- Develop and maintain senior executive relationships and thought leadership pieces.
- Coach and mentor analysts and consultants within the team.
- Contribute to developing Accenture Strategy offerings and industry research.
