As part of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with 4–7 years of management consulting experience to join a high-performing consulting team delivering strategic and operational transformation engagements across the UAE.
This role is suited to ambitious consultants who thrive in fast-paced, client‑facing environments and enjoy solving complex business challenges through structured thinking, rigorous analysis and practical execution. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, Managers and Partners, taking ownership of critical project workstreams from problem definition through implementation. The Role
Senior Consultants are responsible for independently leading workstreams across complex consulting engagements while supporting Managers and Partners in delivering successful client outcomes.
You will be expected to quickly understand unfamiliar business environments, structure ambiguous problems into practical approaches and develop executive‑level deliverables that influence decision‑making. The role requires a genuine consulting mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual workstreams across transformation programmes from diagnostic through implementation.
- Structure complex business challenges into clear hypotheses, issue trees and analytical workplans.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify business improvement opportunities.
- Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations, storyboards and reports for senior client stakeholders.
- Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations supported by clear business cases.
- Facilitate client interviews, workshops and working sessions with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
- Support the design of future operating models, target processes and transformation roadmaps.
- Prepare Steering Committee packs, status reports and executive updates.
- Support programme governance, planning, RAID management and implementation tracking.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes within demanding timelines.
- Review work produced by junior team members and provide coaching where appropriate.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposal development and internal knowledge initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience within a recognised management consulting firm.
- Previous experience within a Big 4+ consulting practice or a recognised strategy and management consulting boutique is essential.
- Demonstrated experience delivering transformation programmes for government entities or large private sector organisations.
- Strong consulting toolkit with experience applying structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Proven ability to independently own consulting workstreams from analysis through delivery.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive‑level presentations and compelling storylines from scratch.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel and data interpretation skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and collaborative working sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence interacting with senior client leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding consulting environments.

Location
