Job summary

R2 Alliance partners with a leading international management consulting firm in the UAE. We are seeking Consultants with 3–5 years of management consulting experience to join a high-performing team delivering strategic and operational transformation projects across the UAE.

As a Consultant, you will support delivery from strategy through implementation, develop executive-ready deliverables, and work with client stakeholders across government and private sector.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management consulting experience in a recognised firm.
• Experience supporting transformation programmes for government entities or large private sector organisations.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Strong Excel skills and business case development experience.
• Confident communication with client stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive consulting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex transformation programmes across public and private sector clients.
• Structure business problems into clear analyses and practical recommendations.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and compelling storylines.
• Prepare business cases, operating model assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews and working sessions.
• Contribute to PMO activities, governance, implementation tracking and project reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through professional communication.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
• Contribute to proposal development and internal knowledge initiatives.
