R2 Alliance partners with a leading international management consulting firm in the UAE. We are seeking Consultants with 3–5 years of management consulting experience to join a high-performing team delivering strategic and operational transformation projects across the UAE.

As a Consultant, you will support delivery from strategy through implementation, develop executive-ready deliverables, and work with client stakeholders across government and private sector.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex transformation programmes across public and private sector clients.

• Prepare business cases, operating model assessments and transformation roadmaps.

We are partnering with a leading international management consulting firm that advises government entities and leading private sector organisations across the Middle East on large-scale transformation programmes. Due to continued growth, we are looking for ambitious Consultants with 3–5 years of management consulting experience to join a high-performing consulting team delivering strategic and operational transformation projects across the UAE.

This role is ideal for consultants who have built a strong consulting foundation and are looking to accelerate their career by taking greater ownership of client workstreams while working alongside experienced Managers and Partners.

The Role

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of transformation engagements from strategy through implementation. You'll contribute to analytical problem solving, develop executive-ready client deliverables and work directly with client stakeholders across a variety of industries and government organisations. As your experience grows, you'll progressively take ownership of larger workstreams and become a trusted advisor to both clients and project leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience within a recognised management consulting firm.
• Previous management consulting experience is essential.
• Big 4 Consulting, Strategy Consulting or a recognised management consulting boutique is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting transformation programmes for government entities or large private sector organisations.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Strong Excel skills and business case development experience.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage client stakeholders.
