Job summary

Faithful Executive is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join on an interim basis and support the Director of Strategy in developing a new organizational strategy. This hands-on, delivery-focused mandate will involve working with senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction over a 4–6 month engagement, contributing to Dubai’s economic agenda.

The role is fixed-term and starts within 2 weeks; strong background in top-tier consulting and stakeholder management is required to succeed

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience from a top‑tier strategy consulting or professional services firm (e.g. PwC, McKinsey, Bain).
• Proven track record of building or supporting corporate/organizational strategy from the ground up.
• 5–10 years experience.
• Fluent English required; Arabic not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Strategy to design and build a new strategic plan for the organization.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and analysis to inform strategic options and recommendations.
• Structure and frame complex problems into clear, actionable strategic workstreams.
• Develop strategy documents, frameworks and presentation materials for senior leadership and board-level audiences.
• Support stakeholder engagement across departments to align on priorities and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Director of Strategy to design and build a new strategic plan for the organisation.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform strategic options and recommendations.
• Structure and frame complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable strategic workstreams.
• Develop strategy documents, frameworks, and presentation materials for senior leadership and board‑level audiences.
• Support stakeholder engagement across departments to align on strategic priorities and implementation planning.
• Contribute strategic-consulting rigor and best practice drawn from prior top‑tier advisory experience.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, with a background from a top‑tier strategy consulting or professional services firm (e.g. PwC, McKinsey, Bain, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of building or supporting corporate/organisational strategy from the ground up.
• 5-10 years experience
• Fluent English required; Arabic is not a requirement.
• Available to start within 2 weeks; candidates who are immediately available will be prioritised.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, senior‑stakeholder environment with a 4–6 month delivery horizon.
