Job summary

Gulf Coasts Co LLC in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Wholesale Sales Manager to lead and develop the tire wholesale sales organization. You will set strategies, drive revenue, and manage KPIs.

The role requires a deep UAE market knowledge, an established dealer network, and a track record of profitability. You will coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and optimal terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a Sales Management role within the UAE tire wholesale industry.
• Strong and established network of tire dealers, distributors, traders, fleet customers, and key accounts across the UAE.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE tire wholesale market, including brands, pricing structures, competitors, distribution channels, and customer segments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding wholesale sales and profitability targets.
• Strong experience in business development, key account management, pricing, credit control, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue profitability and market growth targets
• Lead manage coach and develop the wholesale sales team
• Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance through clear KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tire dealers distributors traders fleet operators and key accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market
• Expand the company s wholesale customer base and strengthen market presence
• Negotiate commercial agreements customer contracts pricing credit terms and discount structures
• Monitor market trends competitor activity customer demand and pricing developments
• Coordinate closely with Procurement Warehouse Logistics and Finance to ensure stock availability timely deliveries and smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor customer profitability credit exposure collections and overall account performance
• Prepare sales forecasts market reports and performance updates for senior management
