Job summary

Gargash Prime Auto is seeking a Stock Controller to manage vehicle inventory from purchase through storage and release for sale. You will ensure accuracy between physical stock and ERP records, coordinating with dealers, distributors and suppliers to source vehicles as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years in vehicle stock control within the automotive sector, with strong knowledge of VIN decoding and proficiency in dealer management or ERP inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vehicle stock control, inventory management, or yard operations within an automotive dealership or trading business.
• Experience managing multi-location vehicle storage and coordinating with external dealers or suppliers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dealers, distributors and suppliers to source vehicles per buying plan, confirming specification, availability, lead time and cost.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records in the dealer management or ERP system, including VIN, specification, location, status and ageing.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced stock counts, reconcile variances and investigate discrepancies.
