Job summary

Al Futtaim Automotive's Global Aftersales team seeks a UAE National Supply & Inventory Planner to balance inventory costs with service levels, managing stock around 100 M USD in KSA, and coordinating procurement, planning, forecasting and logistics for smooth operations.

The role requires 5 years in supply chain, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and a track record in improving stock turnover, closing back orders, and delivering on-time, within budget projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably automotive.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP.
• Ability to develop and present management reporting packs and engage with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process daily, weekly, or monthly purchase orders.
• Monitor and follow up on back orders and forecast changes with suppliers.
• Plan and order parts for new models and optimize stock levels.
• Create dashboards for process monitoring and continuous improvement.
