Job summary

GMG Gulf in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory planning and control across its extensive operations. The successful candidate will ensure stock accuracy and shrinkage control while leading the inventory processes using SAP-based governance.

This role involves collaborating with various teams for inventory events, managing stock counts, and implementing best practices in inventory management. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in multi-vertical inventory management and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in multi-vertical inventory management.
• Expertise in SAP ERP/EWM (MM/IM/EWM) and warehouse systems.
• Ability to manage large-scale stock counts across multiple locations.
• Experienced in variance analysis, shrinkage control, and reconciliation.
• Skilled in documentation, SOP creation, and process standardization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end inventory strategies.
• Define and manage stock count calendars.
• Coordinate with teams to prepare for inventory events.
• Lead physical stock counts as per SOPs.
• Drive variance analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure reconciled stock is posted in SAP ERP/EWM.
