Job summary

Amgen is seeking a senior access/market access professional in the UAE to enhance product access, negotiate with hospitals, and drive payer strategies. The role focuses on building value propositions, identifying decision-makers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product incorporation and reimbursement.

The candidate will lead Key Account Excellence, maintain stakeholder relationships, and work with pricing and patient-support programs to maximize product access

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry promotion.
• Experience introducing new products in hospitals.
• Proficiency in English presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build value proposition and negotiation strategies for key brands.
• Map decision processes and identify key decision makers.
• Organize regular interactions with cross-functional teams and share objectives.
• Lead the execution of the Key Account Excellence process and build stakeholder relationships.
• Liaise with PSP coordinator for patient support programs and with Pricing team.
• Provide market insights and contribute to price/value discussions.
