Job summary

Amgen Inc. in Dubai seeks a senior Access & KAM professional to enhance product access and reimbursement strategies across hospitals and formulary listings. You will map decision makers, build value propositions, and lead cross-functional efforts with pricing and PSP teams to ensure patient access.

The role requires a strong track record in hospital access, promotional negotiations, and English proficiency, with 5+ years in pharma. A multinational background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in pharma promotion.
• Experience introducing new products in hospitals.
• Experience negotiating with hospital pharmacists and decision makers.
• Knowledge of key decision makers in the area.
• Proficient in scientific/promotional presentations.
• History of achieving objectives in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in innovative and/or multinational companies.
• Able to read scientific articles and present in English.

Responsibilities

• Build value proposition and negotiation strategies for brands.
• Map decision processes and identify key decision makers.
• Organize regular cross-function interactions and share objectives.
• Demonstrate customer-centric mindset through knowledge of drivers.
• Lead execution of the Key Account Excellence process.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at the medication access level.
• Ensure reimbursement and price conditions for products.
• Ensure a consistent value offer, account calculation, and follow-up.
• Update accounts and stakeholder analysis to understand customer needs.
• Liaise with PSP coordinator for patient support programs.
• Liaise with Pricing team on prices’ control and business case development.
