Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience within strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or similar high-performance corporate strategy environments.
• Strong preference for candidates who combine strategy consulting experience with investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth fund, corporate development or other investment-related exposure.
• Experience working directly with senior executives, leadership teams or executive offices and coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted extension of the GCIO Office, helping manage strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement and executive commitments.
• Coordinate activities and information flows across DHI, S&VC, business verticals and corporate functions.
• Lead day-to-day coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders across DHI, S&VC and business verticals.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing packs, reports and materials for senior leadership meetings.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums and steering committees with clear action tracking.
• Support investment reviews, strategic initiatives and value creation activities through research and analysis.
