Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in transformation, business analysis, strategy, continuous improvement or consulting.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, performance data and gaps to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support design and implementation of departmental transformation initiatives.
• Conduct benchmarking and structured analysis to develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop presentations, reports, business cases and management insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams and track milestones.
