Job summary

SAP is seeking a Solution Advisor Expert within SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) in Dubai. You will partner with SAP BTM sales teams and customer advisory colleagues to position the Integrated Toolchain and/or BTM solutions for strategic deals.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, build compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps, and help deliver sales plays and events to increase market awareness of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong background (5+ years) in cloud transformations, process excellence, enterprise architecture, or cloud ERP programs.
• Experience with process mining, process modeling, or digital adoption toolsets.
• Customer-facing advisory or pre-sales experience, ideally engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to build transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value assessments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive workshops and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP BTM sales teams and Customer Advisory colleagues to position the Integrated Toolchain and/or BTM solutions.
• Present and position SAP BTM in the context of SAP Cloud ERP transformation and Business Suite adoption.
• Engage at the C-Suite level to articulate the value of SAP BTM and transformation management.
• Lead and support the creation of compelling business cases for customer transformation.
• Support the creation and delivery of sales plays to drive market awareness and demand for the portfolio.
• Present at key events on SAP BTM and the Integrated Toolchain.
