Job summary

SAP is seeking a Solution Advisor Expert within SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) in Dubai. You will partner with SAP BTM sales teams and customer advisory colleagues to position the Integrated Toolchain and/or BTM solutions for strategic deals.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, build compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps, and help deliver sales plays and events to increase market awareness of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong background (5+ years) in cloud transformations, process excellence, enterprise architecture, or cloud ERP programs.
• Experience with process mining, process modeling, or digital adoption toolsets.
• Customer-facing advisory or pre-sales experience, ideally engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to build transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value assessments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive workshops and events.

SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) is hiring a Solution Advisor Expert.

BTM is a key part of SAPs portfolio of solutions that supports our customers to realize holistic data-driven business transformation for faster time to insight and adaption. Our mission is to help customers understand where and how they can accelerate their business transformation by uncovering opportunities to improve processes gain key business insights better understand and optimise their technology landscape and support their employees on best-practice adoption.

The Strategic Solution Advisory team supports on the largest and most strategic BTM accounts across the EMEA region to position the business and value proposition for the Integrated Toolchain (ITC) including SAP Signavio SAP LeanIX and WalkMe as well as CloudALM Tricentis and Syniti solutions.

The location of this role is in Dubai. It is a hybrid role.

What you will do:

Partnering with the SAP BTM sales teams and your Customer Advisory colleagues to support customer sales engagements by positioning the Integrated Toolchain and/or BTM solutions.

Present and position SAP BTM in the context of SAPs core strategy for RISE/SAP Cloud ERP transformation and Business Suite adoption.

Engage at the C-Suite level with your customer to build and articulate the value of SAP BTM and raise overall visibility of transformation management as a key part of business change.

Lead and support the creation of compelling business cases for customer transformation.

Support the creation and delivery of sales plays to drive market awareness and demand for the portfolio.

Present at key events (both internal and external) on SAP Business Transformation Management and the Integrated Toolchain.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

• Strong background (5 years) in cloud transformations process excellence enterprise architecture or cloud ERP programs
• Hands-on experience with process transformation enterprise architecture or digital adoption toolsetsPractical experience with process mining process modeling or application portfolio management platformsCustomer-facing advisory or pre-sales experience ideally engaging C-level stakeholdersAbility to build business cases transformation roadmaps and value assessmentsStrong communication and presentation skills for executive workshops and eventsExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives across complex IT and business landscapes

  The successful candidate will be able to create and support the delivery of world-class customer engagements by acting as a trusted advisor on business transformation and best practices. We are looking for specific domain expertise with enterprise architecture or process or digital adoption transformations as the Solution Advisor will be an subject matter expert in all BTM related topics.
