Job summary

SAP invites a Solution Advisor Expert to join our UAE presales team. You will be the go-to authority for SAP HCM solutions, supporting the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to post-sale support.

Deep domain expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time and adoption within large enterprises is essential. Leverage your experience to demonstrate value through tailored demos, cloud migration conversations and executive-level engagements.

Qualifications

Professional experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
15 years of enterprise experience in software sales, consulting or HR roles in the UAE.
Proven success selling HCM/HR tech in UAE, including public and private sectors.
SAP product experience – 10 years of relevant HCM solutions.
Working knowledge of Cloud Hosted Services and SaaS/PaaS in B2B environments.

Responsibilities

Provide deep HCM solution-specific expertise in Core HR/Payroll/Time for new sales and adoption.
Lead demonstrations and cloud migration discussions to show SAP value.
Support Account Team with presentations to identify and qualify opportunities.
Establish thought leadership within the account team and refine strategy.
Collaborate on themes and competitive differentiation for customer engagements.
Conduct dry runs on strategic deals and transition to delivery teams.
Engage customers to renew and expand SAP solutions.
Leverage digital assets across customer engagements.
