Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dubai is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Architect to lead Digital Core Supply Chain advisory and transformation engagements across the Middle East. You will combine deep SAP expertise with senior client advisory, and program leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Based in the UAE, you will drive transformation roadmaps, guide cloud-versus-on-premise decisions, and contribute to business development while mentoring regional teams.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes digitalized through SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and cloud-native SAP deployments.
• Middle East regional experience with strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Procurement/MM, Plant Maintenance, or Manufacturing/PP preferred.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Core Supply Chain transformation programs spanning procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance.
• Lead S/4HANA transformation roadmaps across greenfield, brownfield, and selective hybrid implementation approaches.
• Advise on SAP strategy including S/4HANA architecture, cloud vs. on-premise, and integration with SAP BTP and analytics.
• Drive proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches and develop account growth propositions.
• Develop intellectual capital and mentor consulting teams within the practice.
