Job summary

• Develop and manage budgets for training initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local and international professional bodies.
• Conduct research to enhance training efficiency and alignment with competency framework.
• Coordinate across units to address specific training requirements.
• Collaborate with institutions (e.g., Abu Dhabi School of Government) for programs when needed.
• Prepare periodic reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Design and oversee training materials and e-learning content.
• Evaluate training programs and implement continuous improvements.
• Design and deliver induction programs for new staff.
• Implement governance, vendor performance monitoring, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure smooth deployment of training software and user engagement.
• Update training policies and procedures regularly.
