Job summary
MBZUAI is seeking a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of its Total Rewards and workforce planning frameworks. This role provides expert guidance on compensation, benefits, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay structures, reward analytics, and annual reward processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Desirable professional certifications in compensation, benefits or HR.
- 8+ years of Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Experience in benchmarking, salary structure analysis, and reward programme administration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve Total Rewards framework including salary structures and benefits.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits against higher education, research, technology, and UAE markets.
- Support annual salary review and bonus cycles with modelling and analysis.
- Provide compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers, renewals.
- Maintain Total Rewards policies and governance with documentation.
- Develop workforce and cost analyses, dashboards, and analytics.
