Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Manager Tender Management to lead end-to-end tender and proposal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality commercial submissions. The role requires managing pricing discussions and timely, competitive bids for strategic opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 6–12+ years in tender/proposal management, with strong experience in logistics or related industries, and fluency in Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 6–12+ years of tender management, bid management, or proposal management experience.
• Preference for logistics, supply chain, courier, transportation or related sector experience.
• Proven track record handling high-value, complex tenders and proposals.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and proposal processes from opportunity assessment to submission and post-submission activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal and Procurement to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Review tender documents to identify requirements, risks, timelines, and commercial considerations.
• Develop bid strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead preparation, review and submission of RFPs, RFQs, tenders and bids.
• Coordinate pricing discussions and ensure competitive, commercially viable submissions.
• Prepare client presentations and support negotiations during tender processes.
