Job summary

KEOLIS Group is seeking a Talent Management Lead to coordinate the implementation of Talent Management processes across the organisation in Dubai. You will ensure effective execution of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Career Pathing and UAE National development initiatives aligned with the HR strategy and business needs.

You will support the Deputy Director – HR by translating priorities into structured programmes, tools and actionable outcomes, while maintaining quality, confidentiality

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and career pathing.
• Strong ability to translate HR strategy into structured processes.
• Excellent data reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Talent Review process and consolidate outcomes.
• Maintain succession plans and talent pools.
• Prepare dashboards and analytics for HR and management.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruitment and Training to develop internal talent pipelines.
• Ensure UAE National talent development initiatives alignment.
