Job summary

KEOLIS is seeking a senior Talent Management leader to coordinate and implement Talent Management initiatives across the organisation in the UAE. You will drive Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Career Pathing, aligning with the HR strategy and Emiratization goals.

The role requires partnering with HRBPs, Training, and Recruitment to build internal mobility and development pipelines. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years in HR with hands-on Talent Management, strong data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience including Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Talent Review and succession planning.
• Develop talent management frameworks and career pathways.
• Provide analytics and dashboards for talent data.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Training to identify internal mobility.
• Support UAE national talent development initiatives.
