Foreground Consultancy seeks a Director for a UAE-based engagement to lead talent development, leadership programs, succession planning, and organisational design. The role partners with senior leadership to build future-ready capabilities and design development frameworks aligned to business strategy.

You will oversee performance management and culture initiatives, influencing leadership behaviours and long-term workforce planning within a rapidly scaling UAE-based organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
• Strong exposure to leadership development and transformation environments.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• Must demonstrate credibility with senior leaders and strong design-thinking capability.
