Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to develop and deliver a group-wide recruitment strategy, oversee end-to-end hiring for senior roles, and build strong talent pipelines. The role focuses on data-driven recruitment improvements, innovative sourcing, and enhancing the candidate experience.

The successful candidate will drive employer branding initiatives and partner with stakeholders to align hiring with business growth and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and ATS, ideally Oracle ATS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a Group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and specialist positions across multiple functions.
• Build robust talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
• Drive recruitment excellence through data, analytics, process optimisation, and recruitment technology.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
