Job summary

QatarYello in Dubai seeks an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition leader to shape and execute a company-wide talent strategy in alignment with rapid growth. You will own end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operations, including executive hiring, and lead a sizeable team to deliver high-quality hires.

The role calls for transforming talent technology platforms, driving governance and metrics, and partnering with senior stakeholders to future-proof the workforce in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Senior Talent Acquisition leadership experience essential.
• Background in high-volume and executive recruitment.
• Proven ability to improve recruitment processes and service delivery.
• Experience implementing ATS, LMS and talent tech platforms.
• Strong transformation and change management experience.
• Exposure to Learning & Development, succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience leading sizeable teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Analytical budgeting and workforce planning capability.
• Experience in service-driven environments preferred.
• Regional Middle East experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall talent strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate and operational functions.
• Drive executive and senior leadership recruitment initiatives.
• Manage and develop a large team with 5 direct reports.
• Enhance recruitment governance, service levels and hiring metrics.
• Reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality and budget control.
• Lead transformation of talent technology platforms, including ATS, LMS and AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee succession planning, leadership assessment and talent pipeline programmes.
• Guide learning and development initiatives, leadership development and performance-related projects.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation projects.
• Manage talent budgets, analytics and executive stakeholder reporting.
• Champion nationalisation initiatives and diversification strategies.
