Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Dubai is seeking a Senior HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for multiple vacancies. You will source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, networks, and referrals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, familiarity with UAE/GCC market practices, and hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as

Qualifications

• End-to-End recruitment lifecycle management.
• Sourcing candidates via portals, LinkedIn, networks and referrals.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate fit for roles.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
• Source suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews, feedback collection and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in ATS platforms.
• Develop talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and offer acceptance.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
