Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience with 7+ years as HRBP in luxury retail or beauty
• Proven organizational design experience and strategic workforce evolution
• Strong matrix organization navigation and stakeholder influence
• Bachelor’s in HR/Business; SHRM-CP/PHR a plus

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership, translating business goals into people strategies.
• Plan workforce and succession within a complex matrix organization.
• Lead organizational design and future-proof workforce structures.
• Identify gaps and design recruitment strategies with Talent Experience.
• Foster inclusive culture and manage employee relations and engagement.
• Oversee performance cycles, change initiatives, and budget compliance.
