Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Subcontract Administrator in Dubai to support the corporate Supply Chain group. You will oversee a full range of procurement and administration activities related to subcontracting, ensuring on-time, high-quality results and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, time management, and customer service. You will interact across levels of the organization and contribute to process improvements and compliance throughout the subcontract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one (2) years of directly related subcontracts experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Federal Government contracts/subcontracts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying subcontractors
• Issuing RFIs and RFPs
• Preparing subcontract documents and amendments with flow-downs
• Performing commercial evaluations of proposals
• Negotiating subcontracts and issuing awards
• Resolving subcontractor claims in a timely manner
• Managing cradle to grave subcontract activities from pre-award to closeout
• Liaising between subcontractor and project manager
