Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Subcontract Coordinator to oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

You will review, draft and negotiate subcontract terms to protect the company, manage progress, deliverables and payments, and coordinate with project management, engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract coordination or contract engineering.
• Proficiency in contract management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire subcontract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Review, draft and negotiate subcontract agreements terms and conditions to protect company interests.
• Manage and track subcontract progress, deliverables and payments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontractors.
