Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior strategic stakeholder manager to advise the Upstream CEO and leadership on governance, policy and international relations. You will lead executive engagements, develop council agendas and manage high‑level partnerships with government and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Finance or a relevant discipline.
Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
7 years of relevant experience in strategic stakeholder management or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead formulation and execution of the Upstream stakeholder management strategy.
Advise the Upstream CEO and leadership on strategic stakeholder matters and opportunities.
Plan executive engagements, governance for business councils and international relations.
Coordinate narratives, messaging and follow‑up actions with internal teams.
Manage portfolio intelligence, governance, and information management processes.
