Job summary

ADNOC Upstream seeks a senior stakeholder management professional to advise the Upstream CEO and leadership across government, partners and international stakeholders.

You will lead formulation and execution of stakeholder strategies, executive engagements, business councils and diplomacy initiatives to advance ADNOC Upstream priorities, strengthen bilateral relations and drive governance aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, international relations, economics or finance.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 7 years of relevant experience in strategic stakeholder management.
• Experience advising senior executives and engaging with C‑suite, government and international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, geopolitics and governance.
• Exceptional executive communication, briefing, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, implementation and review of the Upstream stakeholder strategy and engagement framework.
• Advise the Upstream CEO on strategic stakeholder matters, policy developments and opportunities for influence.
• Serve as senior focal point for ADNOC leadership, partners, government entities and international stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain high‑value relationships with priority stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of matters.
• Coordinate internal positions and narratives for outcome‑based engagements with clear objectives and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare executive briefing packs, talking points, meeting scripts and decision notes for leadership.
