Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategic stakeholder management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, geopolitics and energy markets.
• Experience advising senior executives and engaging with C-suite and government stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal briefing, synthesis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and execution of stakeholder management strategy for Upstream ADNOC leadership.
• Coordinate executive engagements, briefings, and decision-support materials.
• Manage bilateral business councils and international partnerships (GUBC, CUBC).
• Develop relationships with governments, embassies, investors, and partners.
• Oversee governance, information management and performance reporting.
